MESHsystems has advanced reporting capabilities that are designed to facilitate reporting data in various forms, always when needed and without hassles. There are several report options such as:
Dynamic chartsThese charts are designed to track important data dynamically.
In this example, audit information is entered into the Audit module and the pie chart is populated automatically. This displays data that is sorted by responses given that are "no" provides a "real time" analysis of the results.
Some examples include progress for actions and audit recommendations, procedure status and many others. Essentially, any data can be configured for dynamic charting.
Another feature with these charts is by clicking a link, the chart can be displayed in a data grid.
These powerful charts expand the information by selecting sections in the charts.
In the example chart shown below, the cursor rolls over the data point on the Lost Time Chart on the left and more detail is displayed at each point. When the data point is clicked, the middle chart changes to the month and the data for all companies is displayed in a pie chart. When “Chemicals” is selected, the data in the right chart changes to display all of the Chemical data for the year.

While this example shows numbers of Lost Time it is designed to automaticall calculate "Incident Rate" or other data requested by your company.
Users can obtain reports for their operations at any time directly from MESHsystems.
This is a valuable timesaver for HES departments that are often asked to assemble reports for executive reviews. Reports can also be scheduled to be automatically generated and sent to distribution lists. One example is the OSHA 300 that is produced automatically from the Incident module, ready for posting on bulletin boards.
This capability means manual preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports is eliminated!
When the PSM 3 year Audit, or other special audits, must be conducted a report can be generated to take data from all modules. This can provide optimum documentation and greatly reduce the time to conduct these review.
